Definitions.

For the purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply:

Personal data are collected from you when you use the Website.

The communication data. When you send a message to the Company via “contacts” form or via available e-mail address or when you send a request to our Data Protection Officer, you hereby provide Us with the following data:

The order data. When you place an order for the digital goods, that are for sale on the Website (“digital goods”) you, in addition to the communication data, send Us with an information about your order.

Retention period of your data.

If you have ordered any digital goods from the Company, some kinds of your personal data (including, but not limited to,payment data, verification data, and order data), will be stored for additional retention period (5 years beginning on the date on which the transaction is completed or beginning on the date on which the business relationship ends).

Your requests to control the processing of your data.

Data access request. You may make a request:

a) to be informed by the Company whether the Company holds personal data of which you are the data subject;

b) if the Company holds such data, to be supplied by Us with a copy of such data.

Refusal to comply with the request. If the Company must refuse to comply with your request in accordance with the applicable Ordinance (or, in a plain language, with the applicable law), you will be notified about the refusal to comply with your request.

Transfer of the data from Hong Kong.

Some capacities of the Company may be placed outside Hong Kong. For example, our mail servers are located in the European Union. Thus, your personal data are to be transferred from Hong Kong to these mail servers. Additionally, Google Analytics processes the data concerning you outside Hong Kong in the USA. By agreeing to this Policy, you hereby agree to these transfers.
